Sanjeev K Chadda
CEOSanjeev has over 25 years of Industry experience in various capacities in the field of Information Technology. He has extensive exposure in establishing start-up companies, as well as managing large technical teams. He successfully managed and mentored large teams (over 300 members Delivery Unit) engaged in multiple projects for a US based IT solutions provider. He also headed the Indian operations of software development center for a US based ISV, and helped set up the operations from scratch.
Sanjeev is very knowledgeable in Software Project Management, Information Engineering and software quality processes and methodologies, specifically for offshore development. He has also managed non-technical areas of Finance and HRD, as additional responsibility.
He has worked in various business and cultural environments abroad. His international exposure includes business travels to United States of America, Sri Lanka, Germany, Malaysia and Thailand.
He has a Master's Degree in Physics (Electronics) from Osmania University. He has also attended full time Management Education Program (4-1/2 Months) at IIM Ahemadabad.
Shailendra Phule
COOShailendra has over 27 years of experience in the information technology filed in various capacities. His career spanned from Systems Engineer at R&D Center, Project leader for a number of software exports projects, Head of technical operations for export divisions at CMC Limited, Vice President of International operations in India for VJIL, LANCO, Alberg, IBSS, MarketTools and Catalytic.
His experience in various capacities in the Information Technology field includes pioneering work in micro computer development and relational DBMS development in India, education and training, technical leadership of large projects for applications based on relational DBMS and 4GL tools, design of quality procedures and methodologies for software export projects and operations management. He has extensive experience in management of time critical international information technology projects and management of large groups of professionals.
He has over 8 years of experience of working abroad. He has worked in various business and cultural environments abroad. He has been successful in establishing excellent rapport with all overseas customers.
Apart from application of emerging technologies in communications and Internet areas, his current interests include application of new engineering technologies at the workplace and the human side of quality. On the technical side they range from J2EE technologies, .Net, SOA, EAI and BPO.
He has a Master's Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communications) from Indian Institute of Science (Bangalore). He has also attended Management Development Programs at IIM Calcutta and Rajeev Gandhi Institute of Management at Delhi.
Joydeep Roy
Director Technology ServicesJoydeep has over 11 years experience in various capacities in the Information Technology field, which includes pioneering work in CBT and WBT development. He has spearheaded the Internet and multimedia teams and also headed the Advanced Technology Group.
His technical background in E-learning, web based development, multimedia authoring, strategy and conceptualizing has greatly benefited all activities that he has been associated with. Joydeep's project management expertise includes, E-learning, Web based applications, and business applications in the areas of Instructional design process, Instructional Technology, document Management, and test Processes and Interactive software.
He has experience in IT working in India, the Gulf and the United States. Having worked in different business and cultural environments he has been successful in establishing good relations with all internal and external customers.
Ramana Mallikarjuna
Director Product DeliveryRamana completed Bachelors in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Osmania University, India in 1994 and Masters in Computer Science at University of Louisiana, USA in 1996.
During the 13+ years he has worked in the Information Technology field, his career has spanned from product development and management to outsourced services management to consulting. His background includes software engineering, project/program management, account management, business development support, operations, client relationship management and freelance management consulting.
He has varied domain experience in the areas of Embedded Software, Network Management Applications, e-Business Applications, Construction, Retail and Finance. He has been involved in pioneering work in the Data Network Management Applications space (US patent pending). On the technical front, his background includes hands-on experience of Java and C/C++ across several development platforms (most flavors of UNIX, VxWorks and Windows NT). He has managed a number of J2EE based projects.
He successfully managed and mentored large teams (over 100 members) engaged in multiple accounts and projects. He has managed multi-million dollar (revenue) accounts with a healthy margin. He has extensive experience in managing client relations at all levels, including senior execs and sales. He has managed several high profile client relationships including that of Xerox, New York Stock Exchange, HSBC, SBC, UBS, Vodafone, among others, in his career.
His interests, apart from product and services delivery, include business development, operations, new product introduction, and identification of niche services.
He worked for more than 6 years with leading data networking companies in United States, before returning to India in 2002. He has travelled extensively across the world. He has interacted with and worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
